A pair of brothers from Thornton Heath are celebrating their debut Caribbean cook book topping the bestseller list on Amazon. 

Shaun and Craig McAnuff’s debut cookbook – Original Flava – features a fusion of authentic and modern Caribbean recipes made easy plus funny and inspiring stories from their upbringing.

The book which was published following a successful crowd-funding campaign  has won a series of five star reviews.

The CR7 Market in Thornton Heath on December 16, is lucky enough to feature the dynamic chefs who will be serving up FREE tasty bites created from their recipe book. They will be one of 38 stalls who will be starring at the first CR7 Market. Original Flava will be located outside Tesco for shoppers wanting to taste some of their amazing food.

Craig McAnuff said: “The feedback has been amazing and we just want to thank everyone who has supported us.   This is about sharing our love of cooking and bringing Caribbean food into every home.  We love that people are embracing Caribbean food and cooking it with their friends and family for the first time.”

Taught how to cook by their frandmother and mother, Shaun and Craig set out to take Caribbean food to the masses publishing step by step recipe videos online.

The videos immediately went viral across the globe, gaining 35 million views and 70,000 Facebook followers in just one week.  Now a community of more than 300,000 online followers wait on stand by for the release of their next new recipe.
