SPOOKY fun is being planned for children with a Halloween and Pumpkin Trail in Thornton Heath.

Last year’s popular pumpkin trail in Grangewood Park returns on Halloween weekend of October 30 and 31.

Organisers need volunteers to carve the pumpkins and hide them ready for children to come and look for them with their parents with rewards for found pumpkins.

There will also be prizes for the three best carved pumpkins. For more info contact friendsofgrangewood@yahoo.co.uk

Mum Heidi Tompson is also creating a list of streets where residents will be putting up scary decorations and giving away Halloween goodies on October 31.

If you want to be added then direct message Heidi or Suzie Woos via Thornton Heath Local Facebook page. The list will be released nearer the time.
