Online Mindfulness sessions have proven a ‘God send’ for many residents who have logged on to Peter Lawrence’s online sessions.

Mindfulness is a practice of breathing into the moment and becoming aware of what is happening in the body and mind.

By doing this explains Peter: “a person can then bring control back into their lives by not believing and being swept away with their thoughts! As Dr Penman says of Oxford Universal Mindfulness centre, ‘when you have mastered the art of breathing will you have control of your life and live at ease with yourself and with the world!”
