The freehold for 31 St Paul’s Road is being listed by Order of the Law of Property Act receivers appointed under a mortgage or charge liable to Tuscan Capital Ltd by Afay Ltd, based on Beulah Road,  with potential rent of over £57,000 a year.

Also the freehold for  98 Bensham Manor Road, a five bedroom house in need of full upgrading is under auction.

The council went through the court to get a  Compulsory Purchase Order against the owner for house which has guide price of £200,000.
