JustBe Croydon is a new website for all Croydon residents which has been designed to help residents take those big or little steps to make changes, such as: losing weight, getting more active, stopping smoking, drinking less, sleeping better or just feeling happier.

You can even assess your health by using JustBe Croydon’s Health MOT which helps to identify lifestyle changes and put you in touch with the right support. You can also chat to an advisor at weekly Health Hubs being held in Thornton Heath where you can pop in without an appointment.

Every Tuesday 10-11.30am at Thornton Heath Library ; 12-1.30pm at St Paul’s Church or Wednesday’s: 9.30-11.30am at Thornton Heath Leisure Centre.
