A WALK-IN session offering free independent and confidential advice for Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) is being held in Thornton Heath.

On the first Tuesday of each month charity SOS! SEN will be holding their regular monthly free walk-in SEN Advice Centre from 10.15am to 12.15pm at the Salvation Army Centre at 66 High Street.

The first session was on Tuesday (Oct 5) and there will be two further this year on November 2 and December 7.

SOS! SEN is a friendly advice service for parents and others looking for information and advice on Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND). SOS!SEN concentrate on helping people to find their way through the legal and procedural maze which is so daunting to so many who try to obtain satisfactory provision for a child’s special needs.
